  • Part 1: style pass on docs/model-cards.md and docs/model-card-template.md per the org style spec: all 21 em dashes converted to periods/colons/commas/parentheses (including template snippets models copy verbatim), rhetorical mid-sentence bold removed, definition-list lead-ins normalized to **term:**, headers switched to colons. Normative REQUIRED/RECOMMENDED language, checklist items, section order, and the license procedure are untouched in meaning.
  • Part 2: new Writing style subsection under Ground rules codifying the rule (no em dashes in prose, bold only for lead-ins and one critical safety imperative, no decorative emoji/slogans/"not just X, but Y", colon headers), plus a matching gating checklist line: "Prose is free of AI-writing tells (no em dashes in prose, no rhetorical bold, no decorative emoji or slogans)". The template's author-instruction block now carries a one-line reminder.
  • Verification: grep -n '—' over both docs returns only the code-span literal inside the new rule that names the banned character.
