feat: updates to Astro Protfolio template

Summary

This PR refreshes the Astro portfolio site and its supporting project setup.

What changed

• Reworked the repository ignore/config files for the Astro, Docker, and editor workflow used by this site.
• Added a GitHub Pages deployment workflow for the gh-pages branch.
• Updated build, lint, TypeScript, and pre-commit configuration to match the current toolchain.
• Refreshed site content and metadata files used by the personal site.
• Updated the dependency/update automation and lockfile as part of the template refresh.

Notes

• This is a broad template and infrastructure update, so the diff includes a lot of generated/config churn alongside content changes.
• The PR is intended to leave the site ready for GitHub Pages deployment from the new workflow.
