Adds a demos/ directory containing LLM-backed demonstrations of common failure modes and how Context Compiler changes host behavior. Scenarios implemented: - constraint drift - correction replacement - ambiguity blocking - tool governance - prompt drift Includes a host-side prohibition check for the constraint drift demo and mediated prompt strengthening to handle direct policy conflicts. Demos run with the OpenAI SDK and support local Ollama via OPENAI_BASE_URL.
