Implement V2 non-player-slot routes

Closes #66

Major Changes:

• Add all v2 routes game dev API routes that don't deal with the controller slots
• Minor changes to AsyncAPI V2 spec

Setup / How to Test:

• New basic integration tests have been written for all new routes (run cargo test in src-tauri/ dir)

Testing Considerations:

• Integration tests are very limited and don't deal with error handling at all.
