I'm not sure if it will ever make a difference, but I think this makes more sense.
Maybe there was a reason we don't do this, but it seems like the best way to solve the problem to me. I'd like Gaetan to review this.
I'm not sure if we need to refresh other adjustments, but it seems worth being comprehensive. Alternatively we could probably call just order.update_totals.

I'm not sure if it will solve the tax calculation issues; we probably need to add specs for those too.
