ScleraGrid is a Node.js microservices platform running on AWS ECS, with each lab integration isolated in its own service container so a Hoya outage doesn't take down your Essilor feed. Insurance EOB parsing runs through a dedicated ingestion pipeline backed by MongoDB, which handles the volume and schema variability of remittance data better than anything relational would here. Inter-service messaging runs on Redis Streams for durability and fan-out across location consumers. The frontend is Next.js talking to a GraphQL gateway — one endpoint, all your data, no excuses.
