HACCP compliance and nutritional tracking for correctional facility kitchens
LockdownLadle is an early-stage prototype addressing food safety and dietary compliance in jail and prison kitchen operations. It targets kitchen managers who currently track 28-day menu cycles, religious accommodations, ADA medical restrictions, and per-inmate caloric court orders across disconnected spreadsheets or paper logs.
- 28-day rotating menu cycle management with per-cycle editing
- Dietary restriction tracking across religious, medical, and court-ordered categories
- HACCP audit packet generation formatted for DOC review
- Per-inmate caloric and nutritional requirement records
- Population change alerts to flag serving-count discrepancies before meal service
None yet. Headcount system sync is planned but not currently wired up.
This is a prototype-stage application; the current codebase establishes core data models and a basic UI for menu and inmate record management. No production database or external service connections are configured. Structure and scope are still being defined.
🧪 Early prototype / concept. Not production-ready.
