• HdrHistogram::value_at_quantiles and HdrHistogram::value_at_percentiles for faster lookup of multiple quantiles/percentiles (#138).

• HdrHistogram::value_at_quantile and HdrHistogram::value_at_percentile now use vectorized operations so that they should be significantly faster on larger histograms (#140).
• All usages of unsafe are removed, causing serialization to be slightly slower, but safe.
