The handoff had accumulated stale Phase-4-era framing (TL;DR "pick one of A/B/C/D", per-bug fix instructions, Tier-1-vs-2 decisions, helper count 17, test count 369) that would mislead a fresh session now that Phases 1-7 are all merged to main. Rewrote the stale sections: - Header + TL;DR: v0.12, everything merged to main, D4 is the one big feature left; quick wins listed. - §1: reframed the four Phase-4 Codex bugs as fixed (in #77); kept the still- relevant architectural concerns (path-mirror strain, timeline DOM scale). - §2: accurate PR table (#77 Phase 5+6, #78 Phase 7) + v0.12 capabilities + by-design constraints. - §3/§4: clean "what's left" (D4, Phase 8/9 docs, small/optional items) and current open decisions (D4 go/no-go, Beta badge, refactor timing). - §5-§8: updated helper count (~23 mutation + ~9 inspection), test count (467), line counts, and promoted the ES-module caching gotcha + no-cache server to the verification section.
