unused code.
Mode 2 ("light with removal") was only reachable through postprocess/the
native client and was experimental; drop it from the postprocess choices
and from rtrace.cc (the REMOVE droption, remove_value, the
event_app_instruction_lightweight_removal handler, and the mode==2 branch).
Update the README/DISTRIBUTION/packaging docs and the build-bundles smoke
tests/release notes to the rich/light terminology.
