This PR updates the middleware IPK feed location used by the build, ostensibly to enable an iw tool version via a different artifacts path.
Changes:
- Replaced the default middleware IPK feed path from a release/variant-based location to a hard-coded debug/ticket-specific artifacts path.
- Forced the middleware IPK feed variant to
debuginstead of using${BUILD_VARIANT}.
