This pull request fixes a data size mismatch error by resizing the camera frame.

Resolves a `moderngl.Error: data size mismatch` that occurred
when uploading the camera frame to a GPU texture. The segmentation
modules produce a fixed-size 640x360 image, but the destination
texture in the fluid simulation is sized to the application window.

This change adds a `cv2.resize` call in `app.py` to scale the
camera frame to the window's dimensions before it is passed to the
`upload_camera` method, ensuring the data size is always correct.
