RDoc-3789 Broken links in automatically-generated "see also" lists
Additional description
Extend the existing canonical extract/verify flow to fanout seeAlsoLinks and verify them as a part of the SEO pipeline.
Fix existing broken seeAlso links, enables checks for future. Extends generated map of routes through docs walk to also map currently supported versions, guides and cloud docs, to verify seeAlso links against them (previously only latest version was mapped).
