NonSysId v0.1.0

This release can model SISO and MISO systems as (N)AR and (N)ARX models, and performs residual-based model validation only for SISO models. Future releases will include the ability to model MIMO systems and the ability to perform residual-based model validation for MISO and MIMO (N)ARX models.
