QQ: Add raft info section to queue page

This PR is a draft because we are not sure whether storing these metrics next to the "core" queue metrics is worth the benefit.

Not everyone will need these, most of the time these would be rendered (this burning CPU resources and bandwidth) but not used.

We can treat these as the binary heap breakdown on the node page: there is a button you must click to retrieve those metrics because they are expensive to compute. But if we do that, these metrics probably should be stored separately as well.
