In my case, both the 3-key/1-knob and 4-key macro pads have the same vendor and hardware ignored Existing 3-key/1-knob layout could program keys B1-B3 but not B4 Macro pads in question: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806905841790.html

In my case both the 3-key/1-knob and the 4-key/0-knob have the same vendor/hardware IDs.
Instead of B1/B2/B3/K1 the 4-key have B1/B2/B3/B4.
