Reason this was not done is because we don't have a brand identity.
I removed the old logo, and matched the main blue with the one we use in ETModel

Context
The ETM docs had a question mark as their logo. This did not match the styling of the other ETM pages like ETModel or MyETM.
Implemented changes
I had AI add the three gear icon to the docs page and the single gear to the browser tab.
@noracato was there any reason why we didn't have the docs match the general ETM styling? Perhaps we want to also update the ETEngine favicon?
