Standalone Android AppWidgets for Clock, Weather, and Search

This change extracts the previously internal launcher "panels" (Clock, Weather, and Search) into standalone Android AppWidgets. These widgets can now be added to any launcher's home screen while still honoring the settings and data (like weather and theme preferences) managed by the Liquid Glass Launcher.

Key implementations:

• Jetpack Glance: Used for building the widget UI in a Compose-like manner.
• ClockWidget: Combines Glance for the date display with a native TextClock (via AndroidRemoteViews) to ensure the time ticks efficiently without constant widget updates.
• WeatherWidget: Reads live weather data from the WeatherStateRepository.
• SearchWidget: Provides a quick search bar that redirects to the web.
• Shared State: All widgets load their configuration from the shared LiquidGlassSettingsRepository.
