What changed
Adds a compact Official guides section near the start of the English README. Each link routes a distinct user intent to the canonical website page:
The existing homepage and GitHub Release links remain unchanged.
Guardrail
The README identity test now permits only the three explicit official guide URLs in the English README. It retains the unique homepage claim, HTTPS-only URLs, host allowlist, and prohibition on unapproved cc-theme.app URLs.
