Add the RandomnessExtrator abstrac class. Add the DummyExtractor as a default value class. Add the post_processing section with post_processing.privacy_amplification in the configuration. Update docs for the post_processing new parameters.
Add the seed generation inside the base class is seed is None. Add documentation for the extractor in sphinx.
Add verification of seed length in RandomnessExtractor base classs
Add complex_to_real function in qosst-core/utils module as it is used in qosst-pp and qosst-bob
Remove the = None default option for seed on the _extract method of extractors.
