Always enable
i2s_outTX_REMPTYinterrupt in order to track the i2s out utilization using astats_timer. Log an ERROR if this ever fires during DMA transfers.Use this to report both the LEDs task and I2S interface framerate and utilization via both
leds statusand the Web UI.Use a basic moving average to track changes to the timer/counter metrics using a single historical sample.
Also add Art-Net metrics.
