This is the first stable release of tip in the 2.0 branch. It has been tested with several bluefors cryostats.

Last release before work on py3 version (v2.0)

This is the last release before TIP 2.0.
TIP 2.0 will be widely incompatible with TIP 1.x, since it adds too many new features. Users with old code, e.g. QKIT should use this release.
