- Updated version to 1.2.3 in pyproject.toml.
- Added new models: RunExternalIssue, RunexternalIssues, RunexternalIssuesLinksInner, and Runupdate to support external issue linking.
- Enhanced Run model to include configurations and external issue properties.
- Updated documentation for new models and their usage in the API.
