.eas/workflows/create-production-builds.yml runs on EAS servers (on push to main, or manually via `eas workflow:run`): publishes an OTA update, builds iOS production, and submits to App Store Connect — no local CLI. iOS-only for now (Android keystore not configured). Includes a commented tag-based trigger since submitting to the App Store on every push isn't usually desirable. Requires the one-time GitHub↔EAS repo connection.
