Peter M. Woodfine

Chief Executive Officer, Woodfine Management Corp.


I am the CEO of Woodfine Management Corp. and the founding client of PointSav Digital Systems. Woodfine develops and manages environmentally certified commercial real estate across North America and Europe.

Rather than entrust decades of property records to a third-party cloud platform, I directed the decision to build our own — a formally verified, portable archive system where every building's complete history, from first permit to final sale, remains under Woodfine's permanent custody. The platform is documented in these repositories. The fleet manifest is the operational record of what we are deploying, commit by commit.

Both organisations are subsidiaries of Woodfine Capital Projects Inc.
