Adds the scrollbar variables which are required by the new
terminalcore package so that if people generate a new theme it will have them present for styling. Not a critical fix if pulsar-edit/pulsar#1566 is merged as it provides fallbacks to stop errors (same ones as present in this package) but no reason to exclude a variable that is being used now OOTB.
