Changed logic to trigger event per item which is in the viewport. The old code triggered this for all the items in the jQuery selector instead of only the ones which are actually in the viewport.

Changed logic to trigger event per item which is in the viewport. The old code triggered this for all the items in the jQuery selector instead of only the ones which are actually in the viewport.
