Removes .security-review/warden-policy-integration-2026-01-31.md, a point-in-time security review from January whose findings are all resolved.

All 8 findings were tracked and are closed; the two representative fixes were spot-verified in code (fallible conversion in keep-mobile/src/dkg.rs replacing the panicking try_into().unwrap(), and case-insensitive address matching via eq_ignore_ascii_case in keep-mobile/src/policy.rs). The document is fully redundant with the tracker and git history, and its file paths / line numbers no longer match the current tree.
