This PR moves the KEDA chart from
2.11.1to2.16.0after extensive tests to ensure existingScaledObjectsand their underlyingHorizontalPodAutoscalerson customer clusters are not affected by the upgrade. In addition, the chart's defaultvalues.yamlnow includes anodeSelectorand atolerationto run KEDA controllers on system nodes.
