Triggered by porter-dev/code PR #5994 ("feat: add PostgreSQL version updates"), which shipped the datastore compute resources tab, storage resource controls, PostgreSQL major/minor version upgrades, and the resource-update acknowledgement flow. The version selector is intentionally restricted to managed RDS and Aurora datastores.
