Summary
Updates the role-based access control page to reflect that listing datastores, viewing datastore details, and revealing datastore connection credentials now require at least the Developer role.

Context
Upstream PR #5913 added the equivalent of SettingsScope to the v1 datastore list, get, and credential routes so they require at least the Developer role, matching the gating already applied to the datastore delete route. Previously, Viewers could read datastore connection credentials.
