So as I told you in the issue, I thought this project wasn't maintained anymore, So I did a lot of improvements on one branch. .
I bundled all my changes and I kept the recent changes that you did recently.
I suspect that you will not just accept this, but please have a look at it and look how it works. It has a lot of improvement and extra features!
You can Randomly rotate the cube on any side and the stickering and dimming is working, for example. And you have advanced F to L cases where there are trapped pieces in other slots. And they are also correctly dimmed and ignored.
