Windows prepare ignore fails

The new
preparescript uses|| trueso a failedlefthook installdoes not break dependency install. On Windows, npm/yarn run scripts viacmd.exe, wheretrueis not a command, so when install fails the ignore path fails too andyarn installexits non-zero.
