Shift chainFixture to blocks 1..5 instead of 0..4 since genesis block 0 has a non-spendable coinbase. Update all cursor and sequence assertions to match. Also fix TestCollectRetriesOnError to match the current 'skip' behavior (failed blocks are skipped, not fatal to the run).
