Conflict-resolved integration of #73 (stale base predating the blogPosts JSON migration; fork branch not directly pushable). Cherry-picked the new post commit onto current main; the post entry now lives in blogPosts.json (the .ts file is a thin JSON wrapper on main) instead of the old hardcoded array. Only the new post + banner + registry entry land. Supersedes #73.
