Keep the platform repo's app-store footprint to catalogue.json data entries only. The review-gate verifier and submission CI live entirely in pilot-protocol/app-template; publishing automation validates each bundle before it ever opens a catalogue PR here, so a second in-repo gate is redundant.

Reverts the two files added in #259. Rationale: all app-store tooling and validation lives in
pilot-protocol/app-template. Itssubmission-validateworkflow runs the verifier on every submission, and the publish automation re-verifies each bundle before opening acatalogue.jsonPR here — so an in-platform-repo CI gate is redundant.
