Synchronisiert die deutschen Dateien mit dem englischen Stand: die neue
LDAP-Konstante LDAP_OPT_X_TLS_PROTOCOL_MAX (mit Aktualisierung der
Optionstabellen in ldap_get_option und ldap_set_option) sowie die beiden
OpenSSL-X509-Konstanten X509_PURPOSE_OCSP_HELPER und
X509_PURPOSE_TIMESTAMP_SIGN. EN-Revision in allen Dateien angehoben.
