Fixed pull-up issue

Added the missing pull-up resistor and updated BOM

Fixed power supply and added hardware reset

The issue with power supply was solved by using a TPS75005 as voltage regulator.
Also added was a separate transistor connected to DTR of the FT-232RL. This allows for hard resetting the AMBE3003 CPU by pulling DTR low.

First version sent to production

This is a beta release for testing purposes.
