Description

This pull request adds comprehensive documentation for Claude Flow commands by creating a structured command reference system. The PR introduces documentation for 6 main command categories: analysis, automation, coordination, github, hooks, memory, and monitoring. Each category contains detailed markdown files documenting command usage, options, examples, and integration patterns.

The documentation covers:

  • Analysis commands: bottleneck-detect, token-usage, performance-report for performance optimization
  • Automation commands: auto-agent, smart-spawn, workflow-select for intelligent agent management
  • Coordination commands: swarm-init, agent-spawn, task-orchestrate for swarm coordination
  • GitHub commands: github-swarm, repo-analyze, pr-enhance, issue-triage, code-review for repository management
  • Hook commands: pre-task, post-task, pre-edit, post-edit, session-end for lifecycle management
  • Memory commands: memory-usage, memory-persist, memory-search for persistent storage
  • Monitoring commands: swarm-monitor, agent-metrics, real-time-view for system monitoring

Each command documentation includes comprehensive usage examples, option descriptions, integration patterns with Claude Code via MCP tools, and cross-references to related commands.

  • Category-based organization with README files for each section
  • Detailed command documentation with usage examples
  • Integration examples for Claude Code MCP tools
  • Cross-references between related commands
  • Consistent formatting and structure across all documentation files
