Update to use 5.3 scripts in josegonzalez repo.
Remove version specificity in repo reference to phpsh.rb.
Alterations to php.ini for proper usr/local/Cellar locations of php modules. Incorporates and updates changes from fillerwriter@c2d08d6
Add pear to $PATH variable, and also source it so that later drush commands actually work.
