  This milestone includes integration of the new feature `BC Groupings` browser as well as the ability for the user to select to apply a BC Grouping to an activity in the interface. The BC Groupings database and API are added as a submodule to this project from repo `https://github.com/pendingintent/cdisc-biomedical-concept-groupings`. For all BC Groupings that are assigned using the workbench, new ExtensionAtrribute classes wil be included in the USDM JSON in the Activities class entities. All style formats will be consolidated in the static file `styles.css`. All web templates will have the CDISC branding guidelines applied.
