Sync agents-template v0.19.0
Propagates the Sentinel v0.19.0 delta from pedrofuentes/agents-template (this repo was at v0.18.0). Documentation-only change (
docs→ TDD-exempt).What changed
docs/sentinel/SEVERITY-RUBRIC.md— version-pinned Phase 3 severity-calibration reference with golden worked-examples across all 7 dimensions (makes severity reproducible across reviewers).docs/SENTINEL.md: missing CHANGELOG is now deterministically 🟢 — never 🟡/CONDITIONAL; Phase 3 points to the rubric; Phase 5 clarifies report persistence (durable PR comment; never an ephemeral verification worktree).docs/sentinel/dim-f-documentation.md: CHANGELOG check aligned to 🟢-only.AGENTS.md: template marker → v0.19.0 (CHANGELOG "include in the PR" nudge added only where the CHANGELOG is manually maintained).Verbatim sync — no project-specific customizations were altered.
