The current links inside the ./admin/overview linking to 'Customizing Admin Panel' are broken and link to /admin/customizing-location which returns 404. This changes the URL to /admin/admin-panel-location.

Fixes broken links in the admin overview documentation.
Why?
The current links inside the ./admin/overview linking to 'Customizing Admin Panel' are broken and link to /admin/customizing-location which returns 404.
How?
Change the URL from ./customizing-location to ./admin-panel-location
