Expose explicit script prefix and exclusion reasons in rendered output, and harden Playwright scenarios to avoid state leakage from excluded IP settings across tests.

Prefix the analytics script with the official Simple Analytics HTML comment, show a specific inactive reason for excluded IP/user-role visitors, and update browser coverage for the new comment behavior including IP exclusion.
