Replace the placeholder example with the three FMU notebooks that lived in pathsim/docs/source/examples (Co-Simulation, Model-Exchange BouncingBall, Model-Exchange VanDerPol), plus the FMU data files they reference. Imports rewritten from
pathsim.blocks.CoSimulationFMU/pathsim.blocks.ModelExchangeFMUtopathsim_fmi.…to match the migration.
