fix CLI language to use moddable

Summary

• rename deploy source-publishing flags, TUI copy, errors, docs, tests, workflow text, and telemetry labels to use moddable
• rename the deploy preflight utility module and internal identifiers to match
• add a patch changeset for the CLI spelling update

Closes #132

Verification

• pnpm format:check
• npx tsc --noEmit
• pnpm test
• repo-wide scan for the previous spelling returns no matches in tracked files
