고객 소유 BigQuery 연동(neuro 6bf3232a / neuro-mcp-server 991b387, 고객 Google
OAuth auth/bigquery scope, 데이터셋 화이트리스트, 서버측 SELECT 강제)을 제13조
연동 서비스 표에 '데이터 웨어하우스' 구분으로 신설 기재.
새 수탁사·새 국외이전 대상국이 없어 제4조는 유지. 다만 지금까지 연동 대상이
광고·마케팅 데이터에 한정돼 있던 것과 달리 고객 웨어하우스는 CRM 등 임의
데이터를 담을 수 있고 그 조회 결과가 AI 제공자로 국외 이전되므로, 제13조 단서
("수집하는 개인정보 항목이 달라지는 경우 제4·5·7조를 갱신")에 따라 제5조 이전
항목과 제1조 처리목적·제7조 항목의 '광고·마케팅' 한정을 해제.
제14조는 Google API 포괄 조항이 그대로 적용되므로 개별 조항을 신설하지 않고,
sensitive scope(auth/bigquery) OAuth 심사에서 용도가 드러나도록 Google 사용자
데이터 범위에 Google Cloud/BigQuery API 를 명시.
실질 변경이라 제20조에 따라 7일 전 고지 대상 — 시행일 2026-08-07(직전 07-20).
두 브랜치 릴리스 전 고지 기간 확보 필요.
