Update Paean publish and remix guidance

Summary

• update publish/remix skills and built-in prompts for Square hashKey, copyright, direct-parent remix graph, and listing asset guidance
• add native Publish support for clide.json metadata/remix lineage and remixOfHashKey/remixOfHashKeys
• add non-blocking favicon.svg/banner.jpg warnings and banner dimension checks
