This PR replaces SHA-pinned references to
opensearch-project/opensearch-buildreusable workflows with@mainbranch references.Reusable workflows from
opensearch-buildshould track themainbranch rather than being pinned to specific commit SHAs, as these are internal org workflows that are maintained upstream.Issues Resolved
