File claims now accept optional `goal` and `check` (gx /goal style), persisted on the
task_claims row via a COALESCE upsert so a goal-less re-claim (e.g. the hook auto-claim
path) never erases stated intent. The goal surfaces wherever the claim's owner does:
active_claims, attention_inbox recent claims, bridge_status, hivemind_context local
claims, and a contended claim's contention_detail.owner_goal/owner_check.
Adds a buildLanesSummary core builder and a `colony lane list` CLI: one lane per
{repo_root, branch} with agent, goal, held files, and activity line. The hivemind_lanes
MCP wrapper is deferred (its tool-list assertion lives in server.test.ts, held by an
active lane); the goal already reaches agents via the surfaces above.
